I've got location and high accuracy location enabled.

If Duraspeed is the "toolbox" icon in the recent apps pane, then I've already gone what you suggested (I saw the whitelist as a suggestion in the BV9800 forums and thought to try it). Whitelisting didn't work for me.

Agreed - I am unable to figure out how to run Duraspeed. Can you give some instruction?

I went into settings to search for Duraspeed and only found that it was an app. (See screenshot) There was no way to open it and I can't find how to run the app anywhere
