I have been having this same issue. Got firmware update and still same issue. What did you finally do?

I have had my 9800 Pro for about 4 months and it just started doing this exact same thing. Apps stop working that I have not used at all or apps that I haven't used in a while. Sometimes it's apps while I'm using them. Google Play Services seems to be the most frequent one, but ALL the apps just ran...
