Hello, does anyone have a solution for the fingerprint problem? My BV9900Pro does not wake up after unlocking, if I press on / off after fingerprint it is already unlocked. if i keep my finger on fingerprint nothing happens. Thanks in advance.

Hello again, is there a solution for the fingerprint sensor? It only reacts very sporadically to me, it looks like the phone is not waking up asleep mode. when I press the fingerprint and then the power button, the phone is already unlocked.

After updating to android 10, fingerprint only works when you unlock the phone with the button and 5 seconds after locking it
