what is the difference between eu version and not eu version.

I have buy a eu version but i have received a bv9900pro with build: BC9900Pro_EEA_S900AA_V1.0.......... that mean is a non eu version?

what is the difference ? thanks

PS  I created boot.img   with  SU  right  if some one need.
