Turn off Duraspeed. That was my problem when connecting to my car and watch. Search for it in settings.

It shouldn't be a compatibility problem. I can confirm that a Bv9900 Pro will work with 4G on AT&T in the US. Been using it for a few months now. It did however take a day or two to start using the 4G. I'm assuming it was just registering on AT&T's end. Depending on how old your SIM card is,...

I solved the problem! I was right, it was being caused by some background powersaving app called "duraspeed". For whatever reason, when you search on the phone, you can only ever get the App Info page. Can't disable it or do anything really. No clue why. This is the source of your problems...
