received the OTA update, installed and did a factory reset.

plug in charger and its not charging.

switch off device to charge, there is red led but the battery icon and battery percentage did not change.

My phone still shows it is charging even after disconnected from the charger.

Please advise.

Anyone else experience installed apps not showing up after a restart. And you need to restart a couple of times then the apps will show up.
