No phone...and I repeat no phone is waterproof.  Period. That being said this phone is water resistant. If you don't like water entering your speakers, microphone, headphone jack and charger port then I suggest you place it in a waterproof enclosure knowing that if it gets a little wet then that is...

I bought a TPU case for it so I could recess the fingerprint reader.  i agree with the OP that the fingerprint sensor is exactly flush with the phone making accidental presses common.

I ordered a BV9800pro back in march and received it in May.  The problem is unlikely to be from the manufacturer and more related to customs.  My phone also went through Singapore on its way here and was likely delayed in custom.  I can't fault Blackview for this.  Arrived in good condition also.

The latest version of the ROM has an option under setting called DuraSpeed.  I have been using it and I can get 4 days off a single charge with light use.  If you carry over apps from a previous phone, they may be draining your battery.  There is an option in android to look at the app usage of your...

you can long tap on each of the icons to display the name of each of them, then you can find them as the person above stated in the help.  You can also visit FLIR.com to see about those items.
