Yes, the BV9900 is compatible with Galileo.
It seems that on the first time, it takes quite a long time to disover all the satellites.
After some time, Galielo got visible on my phone.
Sorry for having posted this question, now solved.

I have just received my new BV9900 Pro.
When I use some GPS test app, it shows no active satellite for Galileo.
Is this an error from the app, or a bug in the BV9900, or Galileo not working ?
