The Non-EU is a tarball..... The phone requires a zip file like the EU version. Can you re-post the correct
file format please......

Tried a few different wireless chargers that work well with all my other phones.  It takes minutes to find the "sweet spot" so it begins to charge.  Charges for a minute and then stops.  I have no case on my phone either.  This too needs to be addressed.  About to toss this phone in the tr...

Same here, was working before and now it no longer works.  I have a Samsung S3 Frontier watch.  I have factory
reset the watch multiple times.  I also made sure to unpair the bluetooth on both devices.  This needs to be
fixed asap.

this was the reply I got a few weeks ago from them: Phone settings-whitelist settings-put app into whitelist, please check if it works. And please also check settings-duraspeed, open the app. This duraspeed app I found using Solid File Explorer.  I played with it's settings a bit with not much luck....

I second this too.  VERY annoying and sorta kills the use of the this phone.
