Phone doesn't recognize sim 2 when it is inserted in the respectively slot, (phone shows the slot as empty even when it is inserted). The Sim slot is damaged, pins don't make contact with the Sim card. So this slot needs to be replaced.

Hello my bv9800 pro doesn't detect sim 2. I insert the sim in slot 2 and nothing happens. In settings this sim slot appears as empty when the sim card is in. SD card has no problem to be detected in this same slot.
