I can never fully disable the location service on the device I bought. Apps as Mtk Nlp ;  Mtk Nlp Service ;  MtkLogger ;   MtkLoggerProxy ; gets back on and on again at startup.    WHY ???   It's annoying !!! I am the administrator, right ?  I suppose to have full control on it ...or maybe not. Mayb...
