I have the same problem with 2 different bv9800pro and I am not able to track the problem. Was anybody able to fix it yet?

I have the problem while using the phone it sometimes just switches of or freezes without any response once in a while? has anybody similar issues or any idea how to solve it?

Somehow I cant Seen top manage top assign Something top the Button in the left Side. I Made in quite quick with the bv9700pro nur with this one I cant find the Option top so so.
