Since having the device a couple of days, I have been measuring the charging. Unfortunately the 12 volt charging doesn't seem to work, 9 volt does but it wont go higher than 1500 mAh. I've tried multiple cables and chargers (different brands and charging protocols), but I cant get it to work properl...

When trying to activate NFC card emulation, a pop-up says "No available security elements. NFC Card emulations will be turned off." Is there a way to fix this?

I do not know which kind of format is needed, the phone formatted my card automatically. It does seem like the phone is capable of taking cards way over the 128GB limit in the advertisement. I put in a 256GB SD Card, which is working perfect. 

After having the BV9500 Plus for a couple of days, unfortunately the charging is taking significant time to charge the battery.
