SOS function crashes at any attempt to activate the SOS. Also the position button when pressed always requires to check network and doesn't do anything else. Can u help?

Hi, just got my phone and saw that glass on top left corner of the phone and around front camera not properly attached (like air bubbles). Is phone by any chance already coming with a protective extra glass on (asking caus the box contains another glass ptotection film)
