Does anyone have step by step instructions on how to unlock the bootloader and root the bv9700 pro ?

I want to get my bv9700 pro rooted before I set it up.

Can anyone point me to a step by step procedure to root the Bv9700 pro ?

I saw that the ROM is available to download but I need to know how to use that to root this phone.
