Hello , sorry to post here, but this is also my problem. The same . The phone don't start the update but return to the previous menu. I try to restart the phone but how i can re download the software? It is always downloaded also after restart the phone.

My BV6800 pro find new software,i downlaod it and when i try to update it wirless, the phone dont restart but only return to the previous menu.
There is something else to try?
