ATT usa but the rest of the phone works fine. I even stitched provider to see if it would help. New sim and the hole shebang. This I thought would at least push messages through if it was the provider wouldn't it? Iv gone through all the settings and everything looks right but I'll get ahold of them...

Yes I can use the entire phone except receive SMS or MMS. I changed carriers hoping it would help. But to no avail. Once in a while they will all flood in but nothing on time. All my settings are correct. I can even send SMS to other people. I'm on AT&T in the USA. I'll hit up tech support again...

So I'm having issues not receiving SMS messages. Even changed carriers to see if it would help. No go. Still noda. Any ideas? Iv factory reset my phone with still no luck.
