On the BV9500 nonPro, when i open the Camera stock app, i click on the settings whell (left side of the flash) and on the last option i have the option
"Capture Sound". Disabling it removes the shutter sound.
Can you check if the Pro also has it? They should be similar.

I have the BV9500, the non Pro, yet i did not experienced this issue. I've tried headphones from my old samsung and asus phones, and even my old Razer Blackshark on it and it fits and works correctly (calls using the razer blackshark mic work fine and so on).
