Thanks for the ideas, I will try them now.  I can do option one fine.  But I can't do option two, when I hold down the "Menu" button I just get the option to use split screen?  DO I need to perform both steps, or just one?  Thanks.

My "Ok Google" voice command only works after rebooting the phone.  After 10 minutes, it no longer works.  I have disabled/re-enabled it, retrained it for the voice, and factory reset the device.  Still the same.

Any suggestions?
