Hi I purchased an A20 Pro from Amazon and it the touch screen has become faulty, top left area not responding. It states in the listing it has a 12 month warranty but this is out of the Amazon 30 day return policy. I've contacted the email ( yeliya2017eu@gmail.com)  on the Amazon listing for support...
