Why does Blackview not respond to questions on this forum? Why does it seem they have abandoned support for this device? So sad. It is a nice device but the lack of support does not make it likely I will ever buy a Blackview device again.

When you take off the back cover there are three slots above the battery. You must remove the battery to access them. Looking from the back the first slot is for a micro sim, then the TF card and then a regular sim.

What happens when you plug it into a computer? You can always try reflashing ROM with SP program.

Can someone please explain what was changed in this May 26, 2016 ROM? Is it worth flashing? Blackview just dropped a new ROM with no explanation and not OTA. Can flash with SP program only. I'd like to know if the changes are worth flashing. Thanks.

B2 model - Why is new rom not OTA? We need drives and instructions that work on Windows 10. Most people do not have access to Windows XP any more.
