Agree. Tested, no effect whatsoever.

I dont know if I will help to you but you can look there :  :?: Go to Settings > Security and Location > Smart Lock > On-body detection... But this your posted specific setting is missing. Because of this setting missing, I set up "combination" to avoid unlocking the phone by mistake.

Have you looked under "System Manager" > "App autoboot" ? By default all apps are disabled there.
