well since the bv pro10000 is never going to be updated in anyway with either security or android, can the customers that has bought the phone under false promises then expect some sort of cash back, or maybe a coupon to buy another phone at a favorable price, like maybe the new bv9700 pro.

One of the reason that i bought this phone was because they promised android oreo would be launched "soon" which is over a year ago..

I should get a refund for being mislead by blackview, and that i bought phone because of false promises.

This is why i will not buy a new model BV9600 pro, because I have the P10000 and it hasnt been updated since i brought it 10 months ago. No security updates, no OS update nothing. the admins says the older phones has not been updated to 8.1 because they are installed with a modem from another supplier.

which just shows that the technicians in this company is either incompetent or non existent.
