Hi, I just bought a BV9500 and the microphone is not working. I can hear people speaking to me. They cannot hear me. With the earplugs it's ok. When I use the recorder and hear what I recorded it's OK. I tried a lot of things, activate desactivate LTE. Nothing changed. I installed a software upgarde...
