To enter engineering menu, please try #*#33#*#

It doesn't works.

To run engineering mode no code works.
I have succeeded only by one of the various "MTK engineering mode" app easily available on the Play Store.
Try!

Were you able to clear up the muffled call audio?

Re: [TRACKED] Active Noise Cancellation faulty / microphone problem?

Precisely. Thank you, Neville.
This is unbelievable for a business that has already put a few phones on the market. It makes a horrendously loud statement regarding Blackview.

Re: Intercom: feature request

This has been resolved for everybody that followed these steps... in English step 1 go to settings , go to system, go to about phone , then tap build number 5 times to enable developer options . Now go back to system , select developer option , then go to the bottom under Apps and select backround c...

Re: [TRACKED] Proximity sensor

87 doesn't work & I've done 33 a few times, but there is NO proximity sensor listing. That's why others have asked for tech support, because there is no user ability to calibrate proximity sensor.

Great, will ask tech team about that ;)

Admin, I'm wondering what the tech team said about this?
No where do I see any test or adjustments for proximity sensor.
If I don't flatten the phone screen to my cheek, the screen will light up, and the Mute button gets engaged.

Re: Function key on the right side.

I've had the short cut button (function key) on the lower right side as my camera button from day 1. I did exactly as described a few times already on above posts.

Re: PTT and Digital Intercom

Hi there. Unfortunately not at the moment. I'll send a request to the tech team about that. ;) First off, this forum designates that it is for the BV9500 PRO, yet we are constantly seeing references to the 9500. Get a forum for that phone, please. This 9500 Pro is messed up enough without adding a ...

BV9500 supports every Qi wireless charger, i suggest you to buy one. Unfortunately i can't help you further, as this is a problem with the seller, not Blackview. I'm sorry.

Does this also apply to the BV9500 PRO?

Re: [TRACKED] Active Noise Cancellation faulty?

This terrible quality of the call mic is ridiculous. I can hardly make a phone call without someone telling me I sound muffled, or fuzzy, or distant is really pathetic. You make a cell phone you can't be understood on? I can't promote this phone when it is like this. What's the latest on fixing this...
