I can't charge my phone by 2 days. I change the cable , the charger, I restart the phone .Nothing works ! What to do ? I have this phone by 5 month and It worked well till now .

can't install twrp

I reinstalled many times (10-15 ) the firmware in my phone. I reinstaled many times many kind of twrp but nothing is working !

I canceled but is not ok ; we can't install nothing and at the second try to enter in twrp this one  disapear , When we press cancel for password twrp don't see the  .zip files from phone,

I succed to make an account on this site , I download  twrp  but after install twrp ask me for  a password .

I can't download from that site.= and I don't know russian

How to install root and twrp ? Nothing seems to work ! Please help us !
