i have performed a Factory reset, the Apps work well but i can´t open the Systemdevice *#9646633#

 I had the same Problem with the microphone and turned it off with your help.
But a few weeks ago i had a systemupdate from Blackview an now i don´t come in the Systemdevice "unknown mmi code" and many Apps don´t run.
The Update was not good, what can i do???
