Ive had this phone a few months and the only fault I have with it is taking a video

I have around a 10 second delay from pressing record until it actually starts recording

Is this normal? Is there any way to fix this?

just received my brand new 9700 today

However I cannot turn on cellular data

Any tips?

No change with factory reset

My p10000 seems to have only one speaker working at the bottom or it is at half volume

When I used to turn the phone on it was very loud now I can hardly hear it

Is this a software thing or hardware?

Can it be fixed easily

I mistakingly left my charging cable at home during a business trip

I bought a USB C charging cable but unfortunately it doesn't fit.

The P10000 is stated as having a USB C port on the website so I cannot understand what the difference is.

Can anybody help me identify the correct cable
