At present my 9500 has a 5th October security patch but my 9500Pro is only on a 5the July security patch. Both insist they are up to date so checking for updates obviously doesn't get the latest available software!
Both on Android 8.1.0 but different security patches!

An OTA update has been released. It carries a setting to turn off the PTT button ;) After each update i reccommend, as always, to factory reset your device to avoid weird issues and bugs. Glad to hear I'm not the only one waiting!
Can you tell me are you able to access the number keyboard during phone calls when you need to get through automated switchboard?
It would be nice to know if it's a problem with my phone or a problem with the software on all the phones.

I'm in the UK. SIM cards are now working after doing a factory reset with the cards in place. Memory card also now working as additional internal memory after several reformers in the phone. All fixed and working now! I did a factory reset with the cards still in place and when I came back to it the card was active and asking to download settings before I even picked it up. So simple solution- factory reset with cards in place! I did try a factory reset earlier just to restart the norma...

I'm in the UK. But that shouldn't make much difference as the 9500 is supposed to work on all systems.
It's almost like they forgot to connect the card trays during manufacture as the 128Gb SanDisk card isn't recognised either.

I am having exactly the same problem with my 9500 bought from the Blackview web site that has just arrived.
Two different SIM cards on two different networks not recognised in either of the SIM slots and memory not recognised.
I've sent an email to Kelly about it.
