Dear Admin sorry my explanation where probably wrong. We have a good Wi-Fi connection with our home Router, but we do not have mobile Wi-Fi connetcion from ourr Network.
We both have a 1 GB internet but our cellphone is probably not able to connect to it.....thanks for answer, have a good day!

Hi I have a similar issue. our 9000 and 9000Pro is not working with own network internet. I have internet only at home with my Wi-Fi.

But there is no place inside this phone where I could put the 32 GB sd card
The second quedtion is: why we both did not receive a screwdriver for our 9000 and 9000 Pro?
Also we are looking for at least english or german user mamual for both phones....could someone pls help? Thank u!
