Forget any kind of support. I have a brandnew S8 sit on the desk from months, beacuse there is a bug that make the smartphone unstable... There is no ETA for a fix, this company is just a money grab... Real issues get tracked and tech team fixes them with a firmware update. ETA for such updates are...

There's open issues not fixed that makes the smart phone unusable...
No ETA or plan to a firmware update, basically there's no support, deal with it and next time stay away from this brand.
