Re: Unable to Connect to PC

Wich is your operating system? Once connected your phone to your pc, remember to select the "usb file transfer" on the drop down menu of your phone. I am on Window7, when I connect it to my PC, it says USB device unknown, and then does nothing. Seems like its not identifying it as a porta...

Unable to Connect to PC

Hi there, When I connect the phone to my PC via USB, it tries to locate and install the driver, however it comes up with an error saying driver installation unsuccessful. Is there a driver available for me to download and install onto my PC so that it can detect my P6000 so I can transfer files in ...

Re: Accessories

Perhaps unrelated but my question is that the USBc to 3.5mm connector was so fragile that it broke within 2 weeks. I went ahead to buy some replacements, whether is it a USBc headphones, or a USBc to 3.5mm convertor, neither of them works and hence I am unable to use my headphones. Can you advise wh...

Re: Glass shattered from 0.5 meter accidental drop

Being rugged, unfortunately, doesn't mean that the phone will be out of the physical laws.  You can try to contact your seller to have your device replaced, but i don't think he will manage it under warranty terms. The only think i can suggest is to replace it by yourself. You can find the display ...

Re: [TRACKED] problem with the fix gps

A software update may improve the GPS fix a bit. My phone is already fully up to date. When I choose "device only" in location service mode, it cannot locate me. This to me means that the GPS/GLONASS is not functioning. Can you please advise how this can be fixed, or is it a malfunction d...

Re: [TRACKED] problem with the fix gps

Hi there, just wondering if you can provide any update on this?
My GPS seems to be in a little trouble too, all red, no green at all.

Re: Notification Light (Breath Light)

Such behaviour seems to be normal, as these are apps... The behaviour is normal, but it is not logical. They are apps, you are right, but they are also messengers, so could it not be smart enough to be recognised as a message alert instead of an app notification? I believe many of us users would li...

Notification Light (Breath Light)

Hi there, I tried to set up my notification light for my P6000, and the options are limited. Under Settings>Display>Breath Light you can check Charging and Battery is low But my main question comes to the other 3 options: Missed Calls / New Messages / Notifications I elected Yellow for Missed Calls...
