As described in the title I bought a brand new microsd Sandisk but BV8000pro doesn't recognize it. Same microsd is seen by computer and other cell phones...What could I do to solve the problem? Thanks in advance.

I installed the new firmware through its and I noticed that alarm clock doesn't work anymore. Before it worked: with cell phone turned off the alarm clock worked. Now it only gets the phone stuck (in plane mode) without giving out any alarm.
