Yes, i perform factory reset

After a few days with the updated, still the same as.it was.
Aplication, must manually tap on the icon, to make the apps working.

I found out that all the apps not start, after the phone turn on
I must tap on the icon of the apps to turn apps on.
Apps like Whatsapp, BBM, facebook, and all the apps i installed from play store.
It is weird.
Please fix this immediately
