Correction phone is three months old! Completed factory reset. Microphone still not working and now it wont charge, still stuck in safe mode!

Microphone just stopped working for some apps(text voice and phone calls) however working for voice assist & internet search I reset phone...... now its stuck in safe mode........ phone is only 5 months old. Help!
