Hey! :) unfortunately, you are unable to change the BV6000's ROM since nobody published an alternative to the stock rom yet. I'd recommend to download the "Google Now Launcher" from the Google Play store. This way, you will get the app drawer and the stock icons back. I hope that will solv...
