Please advise, my microphone suddenly dead, and I tried to use headset with usb c converter also not working...
I have factory reset but problem still occured, please advise is it hardware failure?

Can you confirm that BV9000 Pro sim card seal and charging port seal need to be closed when we bring the phone for swimming ?
what if the seal already loose and not tight anymore, is it still water resistant ?
