I got it to update.\ I was trying the sp flash tool...nothing was installing I went to look at the phone to confirm it was in the boot menu and accidentally hit the power button and that got it started. Has anyone else had to tap the power button to get it to start? In order to update using SP Flas...

I got it to update.\
I was trying the sp flash tool...nothing was installing
I went to look at the phone to confirm it was in the boot menu and accidentally hit the power button and that got it started.


Has anyone else had to tap the power button to get it to start?

when I install the vcom drivers and plug the phone in it says the phone is not recogonized Do you have a link to the windows 10 vcom drivers?  the tutorial if for windows 7 Thanks Please carefully read the tutorials posted in the first post. I tried both methods and the transfer never started Checksum was good The only issue I had was at first my PC say the phone was a blackview 8000 pro, then it said phone not recognized. I tried it with the phone off and plugged in and with the volume up button pressed until I got the menu Any advice...
