Mine connects to my car but the phone calls don't seem to go through to the car

Firstly thank you for the info on the microphone.
My question is as follows
Currently the only way to wake up the phone is by pressing the power button or by using the finger print sensor.
Is there a way to change the settings so we can wake the phone up by tapping the screen.
