Thanks, flashed the old rom, works just fine. I did some research on my own and realized that the problem was not in the bluetooth but in the bug in the latest firmware that "Background task clear" can't be turned off anymore. I have Gear S3 watch and background task clear closed the bluet...

Today I've updated to the 20180105-1104 OTA which seem to be the latest and now everytime my phone screen turns off and locks - I lose bluetooth connection to all the devices until I turn the screen back on again.
