I didn't do factory reset.
The original cable wasn't good quality so I replaced it. The replacement cable was fine until the software update. I want to undo the update, how do I do that?

I was happy with my new BV8000Pro until I took the wireless software update a few days ago. Now I can more or less watch my battery indicator drop.
