As far i can see, your display is defective. A cheaper solution could be buying another display and change it by yourself. It's not so hard, just a matter of removing screws and replace the whole display with a new one. You should ask your seller about having a new replacement display shipped at no ...

We can't understand your problem properly, but a factory reset should fix the problem considering that it happened after interacting with some settings. Let us know.

What's your ROM version?
