Does the BV8000 pro do wifi calling? I am unable to find any settings on it.

BV8000Pro-Blackview-V0.1_2017083_20180105-1104 is the current firmware I have installed. And I have followed the instructions three separate times with not change in the Bluetooth behavior when connected to my car radio.

I have tried everything suggested on this thread for the Bluetooth issues, still have them. I have noticed the following: 1. if the screen is on, the quality is very garbled and static.
