My BV8000 is not turning the screen off properly during phone calls. It only does it maybe 30% of the time. I normally end up ending the call to find I'm in the system menu with the flashlight on. Is this a normal problem and is there a way to fix it?
Have you checked the permissions for the App? I'm not sure what permission it would need to access the other end of the call but maybe try and give it all the permissions available and see if that helps.
