Please , why do not you answer me? I'm sure that my model is Bv2000, the firsts days the phone had 4G and now the phone does not have it

OK, my model is BV2000, I'm sure about it. On other phones that I have the same company 4G signal appears but does not appear in the BV2000

4G Coverage problem

The phone does not have 4G coverage. I tried the sim card in another phone and and it works the 4G coverage . The Blackview phone has 4G enable but the notification bar only shows the indicator 3G, I do not know what happens
