My phone won't update

My blackview bv2000 won't update,the build is BV2000_B1_Blackview_20151124.
I try manual update,but no succes.
Any suggestions?

My phone won't update

I have problem with OTA update,my phone firmware is "20151124" and won't update,when i try to manual update the message is:the system is up to date,any solution?Sorry for my bad english.
