Hi, I have recently (<2 weeks ago) purchased a BV 7000 PRO and have turned it on this morning after a full charge, unlocked it using the touch screen and now the touch screen has become unresponsive. Could you please advise me as I am not even able to turn it off as selection of 'power off' requires...
