The hotspot on my BV9500 pro activates and my tablet connects fine but the phone doesnt transfer its internet connection. The Bluetooth tethering also barely works. It'll be ok for a few minutes then no more connection. I already have factory reset my phone three times and had to setup my phone agai...

I'm having the same issue. I live in the US and have At&t. The APN settings are accurate for the network but the phone will not connect to it.
