And what is the expected operation if sliding the button to enter rescue mode? before I could read this thread, I started in factory mode, I selected Item test and then, in fingerprint option I get:

Senor ID: 0x0
FAIL

I have also encripted my mobile but I'm not sure whether a hardware or software issue.
