Hi, I'm having issues with the cable that runs from the charging board under the battery to the top main board. It somehow keeps losing contact and not charging . would a new cable fix this? also , where can i find replacement hex screws that go in the back of the BV7000 pro? thanks

I tried to reset. .. I chose recovery mode,.. then i get the android icon with red triangle, then press power and volume up..and it turns off! i cant go to any menu to factory reset.
